Deletes a VLAN definition from a module.

Important Considerations
When you remove a VLAN, the module prompts you to verify that you
want to wait the several minutes that it may take for the removal to
be complete.
You cannot remove a VLAN that is associated with any type of routing
interface (for example, a router port VLAN created by a router port IP
interface or a protocol-based VLAN associated with a particular router
interface).
