9. Fit the display cover on the chassis. Check
that neither the MMI cable nor the buzzer
cable are pinched between chassis and
display cover. When assembling it is
important to first feed as much as possible
of the cables down into the chassis and
then fit the display cover on the chassis.
10. Screw the display cover and the chassis
together using the five screws (Torx 20).
The screws should be tightened
crosswise.
11. Place the body upside down.
12. Hold the cutter upside down and fit it onto
the body.
13. Screw the body and the cutter together
using the five screws (Torx 25).

5�3 Dismantling the charging
station
Changing the cable harness in the charging station
requires the charging station to be completely
dismantled. To replace, e.g. circuit board or contact
strip, it is sufficient to remove the cover from the
charging station (see point 6 below).
1. Disconnect the transformer.
2. Disconnect all cables from the charging
station, i.e. low voltage cable, boundary
wire and guide wire. Remove the guide
wire from the charging station.
3. Turn the charging station upside-down.
4. Remove the eight self-tapping nuts that
hold the charging station's lower part.
5. Lift up the charging station's lower part
and disengage the three contact pieces
(power supply, boundary wire and guide
wire).
6. Remove the four screws (Torx 20) for the
cover on the charging station.
7. Turn the charging station back onto its
correct side and lift up the cover.
