2.7.2 History (5-2)
You can use the values shown in this sub-menu to
determine how well the mower has been working.
When a value deviates from the norm, this may be
due to an installation defect or a fault in the mower.
The sub-menu consists of five part-menus that
together provide a good picture of the mower's
function.

Key data (5-2-1)

The sub menu Key data shows:
• Total running (h)
Running time is defined as the accumulated
time in hours that the wheel motors have
been working. This means the time when the
Automower® 305 is running without mowing
is also included in the running time. The time
stated here is the time stated on the start page.
• Total mowing time (h)
Mowing time is defined as the accumulated
time in hours that the blade motor has been
working.
• Total search time (h)
Search time is defined as the accumulated
time in hours that the mowe
in search mode, in other words the time from
starting to search for the charging station
until it has docked. The time for searching
varies depending on how large the working
area is and what the installation is like. You
should aim at as low a value for searching as
possible. Depending on the installation it is
normal that the mower searches for between
10 - 20% of the total running time.
• Total charging time (h)
Charging time is defined as the accumulated
time in hours that it has taken to charge the
battery.

• Complete chargings
Counts number of complete chargings.
A complete charging is defined as:
A charging that has proceeded for more than
20 minutes and that has been terminated as
the charging current is less than 0.3 A.

Messages (5-2-2)

This sub-menu contains the following test functions:
Messages by date (5-2-2-1)
A list containing the 20 most recently registered
messages sorted by date with the last incident to
occur first. Each message is shown with:
• Position in the message list, e.g. 1.
• Message number. Each message has a
language-independent number. E.g. the
message Lifted has number 15.
• Date and time when the message was set.
Reset all messages (5-2-2-2)
Remove all saved messages. To reset: Move the
cursor to Reset all and press YES. Then press OK
again to confirm.

Search times (5-2-3)

Information about how long a search for the charging
station has taken. The list shown contains the times
of the last 12 search events.

Mow times (5-2-4)

Information on how long time the mower has been
mowing for. Defined as the time the blade motor has
been in operation. The list shown contains the times
of the last 12 mowing events.

Battery capacity (5-2-5)

This part-menu contains information about the
battery's capacity.
Checking the battery's capacity requires that
the battery is completely discharged. For more
information, see 6.6.
The four most recent battery tests are saved in
Battery history.
