6 Trouble shooting

The trouble shooting section consists of two main
areas;
1. Messages
2. Symptoms
Each message and symptom is explained using
one or more possible causes of the problem,
followed by one or more solutions.
First take the following actions before continuing
with trouble shooting:
1. Restore the customer settings in the
mower by selecting Settings -> Restore
customer settings. (4-3), enter the PIN
code and press OK or from Autocheck
EXP: Tools -> Restore customer settings.
2. Update the main program and the MMI
program to the latest version. Many
problems are solved immediately by
the new software. When Automower®
305 is connected to Autocheck EXP the
Assistant notifies whether more up-to-date
software is available. This presupposes
that Autocheck EXP is connected to the
internet.
3. If none of the above actions resolves
the problem, only then should further
trouble shooting be performed and any
components changed.
