6 TROUBLE SHOOTING
Cause
The guide width is too great to
allow Automower® 305 to get
through the passage.
The guide wire is wrongly
located in the passage.
The Automower® 305 cannot
travel to the distance from
the guide wire corresponding
to the guide width set. If the
Automower® 305 cannot reach
the required distance it starts to
mow instead.
Too large guide width selected.
Action
Reduce the guide width until Automower® 305
manages to pass through the passage.
Move the guide wire closer to the boundary wire
so that the space to the left of the guide wire
(in the direction towards the charging station) is
as large as possible. However, the guide wire
must not be positioned closer than 30 cm to the
boundary wire.
Check that the guide wire has been routed
correctly. It should be laid at least 2 metres
straight back from the edge of the charging
station. Verify the function using Test out (2-3).
Try a smaller guide width.
Verify the function using Test out (2-3).
