7. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Clean the inner space's charging
plate and apply more grease to the
contact pins.
Clean the charging station.
Inspect and polish charging plates on
mower and in charging station.
Perform an Autotest in Autocheck
EXP of all components.
Check that docking and charging work
correctly.
Check the state of the battery by
carrying out a battery test.
Fully charge the battery.
Study the service messages for any
recommended upgrades.
Refer to "5.7 Replacing charging strips" for
dismantling the rear wheel bracket. Apply
grease to the cable lugs.
Polish contact surfaces on both mower and
charging station charging plates with a fine
grade emery cloth.
Refer to "4.3.1 Auto test"
Refer to "3.4.1 Test in (2-3-1)"
Refer to "6.6 Battery test"
Always charge the battery fully before winter
storage. If this is not done, the battery may
be rendered useless due to voltage levels
dropping too low. Charging the battery fully
before winter storage means it does not
require maintenance charging during the
winter.
Updated service bulletins can be found in
Autocheck under Documentation, refer to
"4.3.8 Documentation".
