Cause
1.
The SS1 command has been turned off
(enabled).
2.
An external 24 V DC power supply has not
been input to CN8.
3.
The servo amplifier has malfunctioned.

Check/action method
Turn on (disable) the SS1 command.
Input the 24 V DC power supply.
