Cause
1.
A foreign object was caught in the cooling fan.
2.
The cooling fan has reached the end of its
service life.

Check/action method
Remove the foreign object.
Check the total of the power-on time of the servo amplifier. If the service life of
the cooling fan is exceeded, replace the servo amplifier or the cooling fan.
