Receiving Documents through Fax or I-Fax

1. Set Memory Lock to 'On' from the Additional Functions screen.
For instructions on setting the I-Fax Memory Lock and Fax Memory Lock modes, see the Sending and
Facsimile Guide.
The following messages are displayed while Memory Lock is being set to 'On':
<I-Fax Memory RX is on.>:
<Fax Memory RX is on.>:

2. The machine is now ready to receive documents in memory.
The message <Check the Memory RX Inbox.> is displayed when a document is received in the Memory
RX Inbox:
6-4 Receiving Documents through Fax or I-Fax
I-Fax documents will be received in memory
Fax documents will be received in memory
