Continue to tighten the propeller nut until the three tabs on the tab washer align with the grooves on the spline washer.

Bend the three tabs down into the grooves.

Liberally coat the propeller shaft spline with one of the following Quicksilver lubricants.

Slide the forward thrust hub onto the propeller shaft with the tapered side toward the propeller hub.
3.
Align splines and place front propeller on propeller shaft.
4.
Install the front propeller locknut and torque using the Propeller Nut Tool.
