This unit can be finished
with combustible facing
material of thickness range
10-19mm OR non-combus-
tible facing material of a
minimum thickness 12mm.

NOTE:
Do not place timber
studs below the timber fram-
ing studs already in place.
Additional steel studs must
be added as shown when
choosing the non combus-
tible flush finishing option.

Note: If raising the unit, then the
minimum framing height mea-
surement (A) must be adhered to.
For example: Unit raised 300mm
then A+ 300mm = 1240 mm.

A minimum thickness of 10mm-19mm combustible facing board is required when choosing the combustible flush finishing option.
