6.1.1. PUMPED INSTRUMENTS - REGULATOR SELECTION
If the monitor has a pump enabled, the user is asked if the pump will be used during the bump test,
as illustrated in Figure 6-3: Regulator Valve
• YES – use a demand or balanced flow regulator, press the R button.
• NO – use a direct flow regulator, press the L button.

6.2. Applying Test Gas

Apply the test gas to the monitor via the direct flow regulator set to 0.5 l/min, as shown in
Figure 6-4: Bump Test
