Remarks
Inspect entire vehicle for leaks
Check condition.
Replace oil and filter at first 8 hours of operation.
Check between first 15 and 20 hours.
Check condition of rims, missing or loose lug nuts.
Inspect. Replace as needed.
Check for build-up of dirt inside blower housing and fins;
clean as necessary.
Check level; add as necessary.
Check condition.
Inspect. Replace as needed.
Conduct brake performance test; adjust as necessary
Check brake fluid.
Check operation of controller braking force.
Inspect for loose connections, broken or missing insulation.
Inspect attachment and mechanism; adjust as necessary.
Check for excess play, loose or missing hardware.
Check for excess play, bent rods, loose or missing hardware.
Check for smooth movement.
Check attachment; adjust as necessary.
Check for unusual noise, vibration, acceleration, oil leaks.
Check for leakage; add oil as required.
Lubricate all fittings, pivots, cables, etc. where required.
Check operation and governed speed.
Check for leakage at tank, cap, lines, filters, pump, carbure-
tor.
Check for damage, loose or missing hardware.
Inspect linkage rods, latch arm, catch bracket.
Lubricate with light oil (Do not lubricate cables or brake
latch).
Check coil/spark plug wires for cracks or loose connections.
Inspect shocks for leaks, worn bushings, loose or missing
hardware.
Inspect strut for leaks. Check hubs and kingpins, for exces-
sive play, worn bushings, loose or missing hardware.
Inspect for unusual tire wear; align if necessary.
Inspect terminals. Clean as needed.
Check for excessive play and tightness of retaining nuts.
Check for unusual noise, loose or missing hardware.
