Restoring the default settings of SIMOTION D410

Overview
SIMOTION D410 is supplied with default parameters such as the transmission rate or
PROFIBUS addresses. You can restore the default settings using the DIL switch. This
deletes the following data:
● Non-volatile SIMOTION data in the SIMOTION device
● The backup copy of non-volatile SIMOTION data on the CompactFlash Card
● User data in the "volatile SIMOTION data" area and on the CompactFlash Card
● The communication configuration (IP and DP parameters) on the CompactFlash Card is

Restoring the default settings using the DIL switch
1. The power supply is shut down.
