1. Safe zone—use the Z
Master here on slopes
less than 15 degrees or
flat areas.
2. Danger zone—use a walk
behind mower and/or a
hand trimmer on slopes
greater than 15 degrees,
near drop-offs and water.
CAUTION
This machine produces sound levels in
excess of 85 dBA at the operator's ear and
can cause hearing loss through extended
periods of exposure.
Wear hearing protection when operating this
machine.
The use of protective equipment for eyes, ears, feet,
hands, and head is recommended.

machine or leave it unattended.

Setting the Parking Brake
WARNING
The parking brake may not hold a machine
parked on a slope and could cause personal
injury or property damage.
Do not park the machine on slopes unless the
wheels are chocked or blocked.

Note:
Engaging the blade-control switch (PTO) with
the throttle position at half or less will cause excessive
wear to the drive belts.
