M5: Measurement
8.5 Setting zeros, workpiece measuring and tool measuring
Program code
$AC_MEAS_FRAME_SELECT = 102
RETVAL = MEASURE()
if RETVAL <> 0
setal(61000 + RETVAL)
endif
$P_UIFR[2] = $AC_MEAS_FRAME
G55 G0 AX[_xx]=10 AX[_yy]=10
m30
3-dimensional setpoint value ($AC_MEAS_TYPE = 21)
Using this measurement method, it is possible to define a setpoint for the abscissa, the ordinate
and the applicate. The tool is not taken into account.
It is purely an actual value memory preset for the abscissa, ordinate and applicate.
The values of the following variables are evaluated for measurement type 21:
Input variable
$AC_MEAS_VALID
$AA_MEAS_POINT1[axis]
$AA_MEAS_POINT1[axis]
$AA_MEAS_POINT1[axis]
$AA_MEAS_SETPOINT[axis]
$AA_MEAS_SETPOINT[axis]
$AA_MEAS_SETPOINT[axis]
$AC_MEAS_ACT_PLANE
$AC_MEAS_FRAME_SELECT
$AC_MEAS_FINE_TRANS
$AC_MEAS_TYPE
* optional
The following output variables are written for measurement type 21:
Output variable
$AC_MEAS_FRAME
Example
3-dimensional setpoint selection
Program code
DEF INT RETVAL
DEF REAL _CORMW_XX,
_CORMW_YY,
550
Comment
; Select target frame - G55
; Start measurement calculation
; Write measurement frame in data management
(G55)
; Activate frame and traverse
Meaning
Validity bits for input variables
Measuring point 1 for the abscissa
Measuring point 1 for the ordinate
Measuring point 1 for the applicate
Setpoint position for the abscissa
Setpoint position for the ordinate
Setpoint position for the applicate
Calculated as active plane unless otherwise specified *
Calculated as additive frame unless otherwise specified *
Unless otherwise specified, frame is written to coarse translation
*
