OPERATION
PRECAUTIONS FOR BLADE POSITION DURING BACKHOE OPERATION
When digging in front of the blade, take care that the boom cyl-
inder does not touch the blade. Dig with the blade at the rear
usually, and dig in front of the blade only when required.
PERMISSIBLE DEPTH OF WATER, SOIL AND DIRT
NOTICE
When traveling the machine out of water, if the angle of the
machine exceeds 15 °, the rear of the upper structure will
go under water, and water will be thrown up by the radiator
fan, and it may leads breakage of fan. This may cause the
fan to break. Be extremely careful when driving the ma-
chine out of water.
After the job, be sure to supply grease to the parts which have
been under water for a long time until the used grease is pro-
jected. (Around the bucket pin, in particular)

PRECAUTIONS WHEN WORKING IN DESCENT

Work on slopes requires some measures that, if implemented, avoid dangers for the operator and those in the
immediate vicinity. Always observe the following precautions.
Swinging operations or operating the work equipment on
slopes machine may lose its balance and tip over. Avoid such
operations as much as possible.
It is particularly dangerous to swing downhill when the bucket is
loaded.
