MAINTENANCE
Use a 32 mm wrench.

METHOD FOR CHECKING AND ADJUSTING TOE-IN

This check must be carried out according to the time intervals fixed by the operator, since any anomaly regard-
ing the wheel toe-in is due to impacts or vibrations that depend on the type of surface on which the machine
works.
Another reason that should lead the operator to perform this check is abnormal wear of the front or rear tyres.
The machine has been designed with a toe-in equal to 0 mm.
Every adjustment must restore this value and must be carried out on the coupling bars (1) after loosening the
nuts (2) that lock them. Use 22 and 36 mm wrenches.
During this check and the relevant adjustment, it is advisable to
check also the conditions of the articulated heads (3); if a con-
siderable slack is observed, change them immediately.

METHOD FOR BLEEDING AIR FROM THE BRAKE SYSTEM

During this maintenance operation, pay close attention to the operations to be carried out since the
engine must be running.
Leave all the safety devices related to equipment engaged and apply wedges under the wheels be-
fore starting the bleeding operation.
This is an important operation since the machine's braking power and consistently depend on it.
For bleeding, apply a hose to the screws to recover the oil.
1.
Position the machine on a level ground, lower the work
equipment to the ground and operate the brake.
2.
Loosen the bleed screw (1) (2 per axle) until oil exits the
screw without traces of air bubbles.
3.
Tighten the bleed screw (1).
