FIGURE 27 - ECONOMIZER OIL PUMP SCREEN

OVERVIEW
This screen displays a close-up of the chiller econo-
mizer oil sump and provides all the necessary setpoints
for maintaining the Economizer Variable Speed Oil
Pump (VSOP). In addition, this screen allows manual
control of the frequency command sent to the VSOP.
DISPLAY ONLY
Oil Pressure
Displays the pressure differential between the high
side oil pressure transducer (output of oil filter) and the
low side oil pressure transducer (compressor housing).
The displayed value includes offset pressure derived
from auto-zeroing during the System Prelube. (Refer
to explanation of auto-zeroing under the Primary Com-
pressor Screen on Page 38). If either of the transduc-
ers used to calculate this differential is out of range, the
display field will show XX.X.
Oil Sump Temperature
Displays the temperature of the oil in the sump.
Pump Oil Pressure (HOP)
Displays the high side oil pressure measured at the
compressor bearing input.

SECTION 2 - OPTIVIEW CONTROL CENTER INTRODUCTION
Sump Oil Pressure (LOP)
Displays the low side oil pressure measured at the
sump.
Oil Pump Run Output (LED)
Indicates whether the oil pump is operating.
Oil Pump Drive Command Frequency
Displays, in Hertz, the frequency being used to power
the Oil Pump.
Variable Speed Oil Pump Control Mode
Displays the control mode of the oil pump. It will show
the following messages depending on what the system
is doing:
Off
Pulldown Fixed
Pulldown Pre-Lube
Pulldown Running
Auto
Manual
Hold
