Note:
If, after being booted, the system is set in "Localization" mode, (activation, insertion),
the D-Bus addresses for the DC1157 may be redistributed (lower D-Bus addresses).
The consequence is that during or after commissioning the DC1157s no longer ap-
pear.

Action:
– Do not boot the system and then switch to "localization" mode.
– if possible first commission the DC1157 (low D-Bus address) or
– commission the DC1157 at the end
Procedure for the first commissioning

The physical devices used are each linked to a logical element. (In the following ex-
ample all three inputs are used.)
ü
Permissible element types:
– Digital element ('EL digital')
– Digital detector element ('EL digital det.')
– Digital manual call point element ('EL digital man.')
– Command element ('EL command')
– Output element with confirmation ('EL out 2') Õ only confirmation path
1. Switch over from the physical structure to the localization structure

2. Using the commissioning list, select a DC1157 input module in the localization struc-
ture and the first corresponding element in the logical structure, e.g. a digital element
('EL digital').

CAUTION:
Because the three input sections of a DC1157 are represented as three individual
devices in the physical structure and no common reference is available showing affil-
iation to the same DC1157, the SWE11 can not automatically transfer the localization
data to all three devices. The localization data must, therefore, be allocated individ-
ually to all three elements linked to the physical devices .
After the first linking with an element the DC1157 is identified as localized Õ no prefix.
4. Using the commissioning list, select the second element corresponding to the
DC1157 in the logical structure
