Rack-Mounting Requirements

You can install the router in a four-post rack or cabinet.
NOTE:
The shipping and installation site must be an ESD approved area.
The rack rails must be spaced wide enough to accommodate the router chassis's external dimensions:
78.75 in. (200 cm) high, 36.20 in. (91.95 cm) deep, and 19 in. (48.3 cm) wide (see

A typical four-post rack measures 84 in. (213.4 cm) high, 24 in. (61 cm) to
30 in. (76.2 cm) deep, and 19 in. (48.3 cm) wide.
NOTE:
The dimensions also include the standard cable management system and standard
EMI covers.
The rack must be able to accommodate the additional depth of the extended cable management system,
