If your Pano system is not functioning correctly, you can reset it to its default configuration or factory
settings.

Perform a Factory Reset

A factory restore completely erases the system's flash memory and restores it to the latest major software
version (x.0).
The system doesn't save the following data with a factory reset:
Current software version
Logs
User-installed PKI certificates
Local directory entries
Call detail record (CDR)
The Pano system reset button that you use to initiate the factory reset process is located on the front of
the device, displayed in the following figure:
