Swiss potato gratin

Ingredients
1000 g firm potatoes
Butter for greasing the tin
400 ml cream
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
50 g cheese, grated
Accessories
Porcelain oven dish, 3 litre capacity
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and slice thinly. Place
in the greased porcelain oven dish.
Season the cream and mix into the
sliced potatoes. Scatter grated cheese
over the top and bake in the oven until
golden.
