Minimizing Print Head Movement

The print time is reduced by restricting the operating range of the print heads. This feature is effective when the
print area or print data has a small width.
Procedure
1.
Press [MENU].

Press [▼] to display the screen shown below.

MEMO
For print data whose width gradually narrows (e.g., an inverted triangle), even if "FULL WIDTH S" is set to "OFF", the movement
of the print heads may not match the print data. This is to prevent ink-curing failures caused by the print position and is not a
malfunction.
OFF
Adjust the operating range of the print heads to the preset print area.
""OFF"" matches the range of print heads movement to the print data. Movement is limited to
the minimum amount necessary, and this can be expected to yield the fastest printing. When
this feature is used, the time needed for the ink to harden is not constant, and an uneven color
may result.
""FULL"" makes the speed of the movement of the object to be printed on constant at all times
and produces the most stable printing results.
