Editing parameters in the seam program menu
You can adjust the following parameters for the entire seam
program:
Symbol Description
Seam program name (Prog. Name)
A seam program name can be entered using the numeric
buttons:
• Use ◄/► to navigate forwards and backwards
• Use the F button to delete a letter
• Use the OK button to confirm the entry
• Use the ESC button to discard the entry
Needle thread tension (Thr. Tens. Top)
Set needle thread tension
Important: The needle thread tension MUST be greater than
the hook thread tension!
Hook thread tension (Thr. Tens. Bot)
Set hook thread tension
Stitch length (Stitchlen.)
Set stitch length
Value: 3-6 mm
Ruffling correction (Ruffl. Corr.)
Adjusting smooth sewing/stretch value (Flat Sew)
Adjust the stretch value
Value: 0-50 %
Stitch condensing at seam beginning (StitchCond Beg)
Checkbox selected = function is switched on
Checkbox deselected: function is switched off
Stitch condensing at seam end (StitchCond End)
Checkbox selected = function is activated
Checkbox deselected: Function is deactivated
