② Mount the housing.

③ Assemble the cover .

2) Install the guide bolt (M10 x 100)
to the upper of the alternator.
3) Align the guide bolt with the hole
in the housing.
4) Torque the bolt #2 and #3 (M10 x
35) with a torque wrench. Torque
to the required value.
5) Unfasten the
mounted per above 2).
6) Torque the bolt #1 (M10 x 35) with
a torque wrench. Torque to the
required value.
[Fastening Torque]
21.0～31.0 N･m (214～316 kgf･cm)
7) Torque the cover with the 3 bolts
(M5 x 12) with a torque wrench.
Torque to the required value.
[Fastening Torque]
2.6～3.8 N･m (27～39 kgf･cm)
