(6) Exciter Stator

Assembly

1. Mount the stator and rotor

(1) Assemble the rotor.
The excitor stator after remved.
1) Insert the guide bolt (M10 x 100 and
Fly Wheel
M10 x 120) to the fly wheel on a
diagonal line.
NOTE: Use a different length of the bolts
to ease installation and alignment of the
rotor and stator.

2) Slowly lift the rotor up by the nylon
Nylon Slings
slings.
3) Put the rotor over the guide bolt (M10 x
100 and M10 x 120) mounted in the fly
wheel per above 1) on a diagonal line.
NOTE: Align the hole mounted in the rotor
and put the longer guide bolt (M10 x 120)
first for easier alignment.
