"Please wait." appears.
The Authentication screen

even if misfed paper is
removed.
A page error or internal
server error has occurred
while using Web Image
Monitor.

Cause
This message appears when
you change the toner
cartridge.
Basic Authentication,
Windows Authentication,
LDAP Authentication or
Integration Server
Authentication is set.
The entered login user name
or login password is not
correct.
The machine cannot perform
authentication.
• When a misfeed
message appears, it
remains until you open
and close the cover as
required.
• Paper is still jammed in
the tray.
The system's IPv6 address has
been entered in the address
bar when using Microsoft
Internet Explorer 7.0 to
display the Web Image
Monitor page.
When You Have Problems Operating the Machine
Solution
• Wait until the message disappears.
Do not turn off the main power
switch while the message is
showing.
• If the message does not disappear
in 2 minutes, contact your service
representative.
Enter your login user name and user
password. For details, see "When the
Authentication Screen is Displayed",
About This Machine
Inquire the user administrator for the
correct login user name and login
password.
Contact the administrator.
Remove misfed paper, and then open
and close the cover. For details, see
p.47 "Removing Jammed Paper".
When using Microsoft Internet Explorer
7.0, enter the machine's host name in the
address bar. Do not enter the system's
IPv6 address in the address bar.
