5.2 Lifting the unit off the pallet

Left, right and rear: at least 50 mm (1,97 in).
•
For service work 500 mm (19,69 in) on the left is recommended.
•
Clearance from heat sources (baking oven) to be 500 mm (19,69 in)
on the left.
•
Clearance to deep-fat fryers, at least one length of the hand shower
on the left and right.
Risk of property damage and personnel injury from tipping equip-
ment
• Do not linger next to or behind raised equipment.
• Move raised equipment carefully.
Risk of property damage from lifting the unit incorrectly
• Place the forks of the lift truck next to the waste trap.
Additional support at the rear of the unit is required to lift it safely.
Requirement for additional support for the unit
•
Square metal profile at least 40 (1,58) x 40 (1,58)x 2 (0,08) mm (in).
•
Or timber at least 40 (1,58) x 40 (1,58) mm (in).
