Installation work with tap water
Installation work on tap water lines and the unit may only be
performed by a specialist company, which is approved by the water
utility company in the particular region. The applicable regional
regulations, standards and guidelines must be observed, as well as
the connection conditions imposed by the water utility company
responsible.
Professional qualification for tap water installation work
Installation work on the tap water lines and the unit may only be
carried out by a plumber from the specialist company assigned to the
work.
The unit has a connection for permanent attachment the drinking
water system.
The unit is equipped with a permanent connection for:

Softened drinking water for steam generation

Drinking water for cooling, rinsing and cleaning

• The connection to the drinking water supply must be equipped with a back-
