REP 5.2 Speaker Assembly

Removal
1. Remove power cord.
2. Remove document catch tray assembly
(REP 1.1).
3. Remove coupler cover (REP 1.3).
4. Remove LH cover (REP 1.4).
5. Remove speaker assembly. (Figure 1)
a. Disconnect J101 from A0 CNC PWB.
b. Remove screw securing
bracket to LH frame.
c. Lift speaker assembly up to clear base
plate, then forward to remove.
Replacement
Reinstall in reverse order.

REP 5.3 Fan

Parts List on PL 5.1
Removal
1. Remove power cord.
2. Remove document catch tray assembly
(REP 1.1).
3. Remove coupler cover (REP 1.3).
4. Remove LH cover (REP 1.4).
5. Remove output tray assembly (REP 1.5).
6. Remove rear cover (REP 1.6).
speaker 7. Remove fan. (Figure 1)
a. Remove
clamp.
b. Disconnect J119 from A0 CNC PWB.
c. Remove the two screws securing fan
to power supply housing.
d. Remove fan from cutout in power
supply housing.

Replacement
Reinstall in reverse order.
