Specify fore-edge trimming for cover.
Select [ON] for "(1)Cover Fore-edge Trim".
% With "(1)Cover Fore-edge Trim" set to [ON], if the trimming width estimated by the machine does
not fall within the range from 5 mm to 40 mm, a message will be displayed to inform you that the
trimming mode is unavailable. If the trimming width exceeds 10 mm, the machine will automatically
trim the cover whether this function is activated or not.

Specify 2-side slitting for cover.
Press [ON] for "(2)Cover 2-Side Slit", and enter the slitting amount.
% This setting is not available when [PB Tray] is selected for "Cover Tray". Select a tray other than [PB
Tray].
% Select [(1)] for "Slitting", and press the keypad, [,], or [+] to enter the slitting amount for the head.
Likewise, press [(2)] and enter the slitting amount for the foot.
% The difference of specified slitting between the head and the foot must not exceed 10.0 mm.
% Press [OK] when completed.
