Site Considerations
Placement Location
Consider anticipated workpiece sizes and addi-
tional space needed for auxiliary stands, work
tables, or other machinery when establishing a
location for this machine in the shop. Below is
the minimum amount of space needed for the
machine.

Assembly
The machine must be fully assembled before it
can be operated. Before beginning the assembly
process, refer to Needed for Setup and gather
all listed items.
Assembling the Model G0825 requires connect-
ing the coil support and attaching the guide plate.
See Page 25 for details on mounting edgebander
to a fixed work table.
To assemble machine:
1.
Attach coil support to machine by fitting coil
support around infeed channel and tighten-
ing cam locks (see Figure 8).

2.
Insert guide plate shaft into housing, and
attach with lock lever (see Figure 9).
