Possible Causes
* Blown LED PCB.
* Reed Switch.
* Poor connection.
* Power/control module
no power.
* Power/control module
not initialised.
* Ice around gasket.
* Wires touching.
* Faulty fan.
* Ice on cover.
* Ice on grill.
* Fan off mountings.
* Wires touching.
* Capillary touching.
* Fan motor noisy.
* Wires too tight.
* Doors not sealing.
- Check power supply to socket 7 volts. If nil,
check plug at power/control module.
- Check reed switch is working by using a
magnet.
- Check reed switch operation using
Input/Output test (refer to Section 10.2.4).
- Lamp holder, replace where possible.
- Connector on power/control module.
- Check harness and plugs on display module
harness at both ends.
- Initialise power/control module (refer to
Section 12.4.1).
- If raspberry noise made when attempting to
initialize, check door switches.
- Replace assembly with new fan kit.
- Tuck wires away from fan blade.
- Replace fan.
- Clear ice off cover and check doors are
sealing.
- Clear ice off grill and check doors are sealing.
- Refit.
- Tuck wires away from fan blade.
- Shift capillary from fan area make sure it is not
touching any part of the cabinet.
- Fit replacement.
- Re route wiring.
- Check gaskets sealing, adjust gaskets.
- Fit drain valve to drain tube.
