short in the heater or wiring, or the heater is faulty.
Check the wiring and connections at both the heater and the power/control module.
Check the ambient heater resistance. If not within limits, replace.
The PC fan is drawing less current than expected. Either the wiring is open circuit or
the fan is faulty.
Check the PC fan wiring and connections at both the fan and the power/control
module.
Check the fan. If faulty, replace.
