Preparation
1. Turn off the power.
Tools
. Torque screwdriver (3 kg.cm):
. Torque screwdriver bit (for M2):
Replacement
1. Display panel cover removal
Remove the display panel cover.
(Refer to Section 3-1-6.)
2. DP-300 board replacement
(1) Disconnect the harness connectors from the
connectors CN5, 6, 9, 10 and 11 on the
DP-300 board.
(2) Remove the four screws.
(3) Disconnect connector CN7 connected to the
CN-1541 board below the DP-300 board
while lifting the DP-300 board up.
(4) Install a new DP-300 board in the reverse
order of steps.
3. Display panel cover installation
Install the display panel cover.
(Refer to Section 3-1-6.)
