TP Sensor System Inspection
Check the TP sensor with the MCS when the throttle
is fully closed .
Is Low voltage ( about 0 V ) or High voltage ( about
5 V ) indicated ?
YES

Clutch Line EOP Sensor System Inspection
Connect
the MCS and start the engine .
Check the clutch line EOP sensor with the MCS
.
Is about 0 V indicated
?
YES
-
GO TO STEP 2 .
NO
-
Intermittent failure

Clutch Line EOP Sensor Inspection
Stop the engine
.
Disconnect the clutch line EOP sensor 3 P ( Black )
connector ( page 12

Turn the ignition switch ON and engine stop switch

Check the clutch line EOP sensor with the MCS
.
Is about 0 V indicated ?
YES
-
GO TO STEP 3
.
NO
-
Replace the clutch line EOP sensor with a
known good one
,
and recheck .

Inspection
Measure the voltage between the wire harness side
clutch line EOP sensor
3 P ( Black ) connector [ 1 ]
terminals
.
Connection : Yellow / red ( + ) - Green/ yellow ( - )

5.25 V ?
YES

GO TO STEP 4
