REAR WHEEL / SUSPENSION
DISASSEMBLY / INSPECTION / ASSEMBLY
Remove the shock link bolt [ 1 ] , nut [ 2 ] and shock links
[ 3 ] from the shock arm [ 4 ]
,
Remove the
collars
[ 1 ] from the shock arm [ 2 ]
.
Assembly is in the
reverse
order
of disassembly
.

Inspect the following parts for damage , abnormal wear

deformation and crack

Shock arm plates

Shock link
-
Pivot collars
-
Needle bearings
Replace if
necessary

BEARING REPLACEMENT
Remove the needle bearings [ 1 ]
using the special tools .
