FRONT AND REAR BRAKES
1. Install:
S bleed screw
S brake caliper piston seals 1
S brake caliper pistons 2
2. Install:
S brake pads
S brake pad spring 1
S brake pad pins 2
S brake pad clips 3
NOTE:
The arrow a on the brake pad spring must point
in the direction of disc rotation.
3. Install:
S brake pad cover
4. Install
S brake caliper 1
S brake caliper bolts 2
5. Install:
S copper washers
S brake hose
S union bolt
WARNING
Proper brake hose routing is essential to in-
sure safe motorcycle operation. Refer to
"CABLE ROUTING".
CAUTION:
When installing the brake hose onto the
brake caliper, make sure the brake pipe
touches the projection a on the brake cali-
per.
