REAR WHEEL, BRAKE DISC AND REAR WHEEL
SPROCKET
4. Install:
S rear wheel sprocket 1
NOTE:
Tighten the self-locking nuts in stages and in a
crisscross pattern.
5. Install:
S brake disc
NOTE:
S Apply locking agent (LOCTITE 648) to the
threads of the brake disc bolts.
S Tighten the brake disc bolts in stages and in a
crisscross pattern.
6. Install:
S brake caliper bracket 1
S washer
S brake caliper bracket bolt 2
NOTE:
Temporarily tighten the brake caliper bracket
bolt.
7. Install:
S collars
S rear wheel
S adjusting plates
S rear wheel axle
S washer
S wheel axle nut
NOTE:
Temporarily tighten the wheel axle nut.
8. Adjust:
S drive belt slack
Refer to "ADJUSTING THE DRIVE BELT
SLACK" in chapter 3.
