Correct Display Functionality when Nothing is Displayed
When it seems the display is not functional, check the Status LED.
• If the Status LED is OFF
• Check if the power supply is present.
Refer to 4-1-2 General Electrical Specifications on page 4 - 3 for power supply specifications.
• Check if the brightness setting is not too low.
Refer to 3-2-2 Industrial Monitor Utility on page 3 - 5 for brightness details.
• If the Status LED is blinking
• Check if the host PC is ON and not in standby mode.
• Check if the DVI cable or NY Monitor Link cable is connected.
• If the Status LED is ON
• Check if the power supply voltage is inside specifications.
Refer to 4-1-2 General Electrical Specifications on page 4 - 3 for power supply specifications.
• Check if the ambient temperature is inside specifications.
Refer to 4-4 Environmental Specifications on page 4 - 12 for temperature specifications.
