Correct Touchscreen Functionality
The touchscreen functionality can have several unwanted situations.
(1) With one display:
• No touch response
Refer to No Touch Functionality on page 7 - 9 for details.
• The touch response is at a different position than the actual touch
Refer to Calibrate Touchscreen on page 7 - 10 for details.
(2) With more than one display:
When other monitors are connected it is possible the touch actions on the touchscreen monitor
show a response on another monitor.
Refer to Correct Touchscreen Functionality with Multiple Monitors on page 7 - 11 for details.
No Touch Functionality
When the touch functionality is not functional:
• Check for water present on the display surface.
Wipe the display surface with a dry lint free cloth.
• When using gloves, ensure to use gloves that are functional with this touchscreen.
• For an Industrial Monitor with a DVI-D connector: Check the connection between the USB Type-B
cable and the host PC.
This cable transfers the touch functionality signals between host PC and Monitor.
