In the Windows Event Viewer filter for event source IPCServiceHost or OMRON Industrial PC
Support Utility.

NY-series Industrial Monitor User's Manual (W554)
Follows the Windows language configuration when that language is supported for the
Industrial Monitor Utility. The default language English (EN-US) will be used if the lan-
guage configured in Windows is not supported.
If enabled, the Status LED indicator on the selected Industrial Monitor will flash for 3
seconds.
To enable:
(1) Open the Windows registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE
\Wow6432Node\Omron\IPC\MonitorConfiguration
(2) Set the registry value Indicate to value True.
