• There is an output module with a
blown fuse.
• External power supply for output
load is turned off or disconnected.

Corrective Action
• Check ERR. LED of the output
modules and replace the fuse of the
module whose LED is lit.
• Read the common information of the
error using the peripheral device and
replace the fuse at the output module
corresponding to the numerical value
(module No.) reading.
Alternatively, monitor special
registers SD1300 to SD1331 with
the peripheral device and change
the fuse of the output module whose
bit has a value of "1".
• When a GOT is bus-connected to
the main base unit or extension
base unit, check the connection
status of the extension cable and the
grounding status of the GOT.
• Check ERR. LED of the output
modules and replace the module
whose LED is lit.
• Read the common information of the
error using the peripheral device and
replace the fuse at the output module
corresponding to the numerical value
(module No.) reading.
Alternatively, monitor special
registers SD1300 to SD1331 with
the peripheral device and change
the fuse of the output module whose
bit has a value of "1".
• Check whether the external power
supply for output load is ON or OFF.
• When a GOT is bus-connected to
the main base unit or extension
base unit, check the connection
status of the extension cable and the
earth status of the GOT.
