Check

error detection LED.
Is the red LED
OFF?
YES
NO (ON or OFF)
Turn OFF the power
supply and turn the power
ON.
Is H1P blinking?
NO
Is H1P ON?
NO (OFF)
Turn OFF the power
supply, disconnect the

transmission wire, and
turn power supply restart.
Is H1P blinking?
NO
NO (ON)
