(Is the voltage
insufficient?)
Is the
power supply
voltage between
200±10% VAC?
Is the wiring correct?
When the compressor is
running, measure the
voltage between + and -
of electrolytic capacitor
(C+, C-).
Is the
measured voltage
220 VDC or
more?
