Select a line type and press the [OK]

Repeat until the Additional Functions screen closes.
Setting the Fax or Phone Icon for Fax Documents
(TX Terminal ID Telephone # Mark)
You can specify either a fax or phone icon to be printed on the top of sent fax documents.
NOTE
• The factory setting for this function is FAX.

Call up the desired screen as follows:

Select [FAX] or [TEL], then press the [OK]
key.
If [FAX] is selected
Places "FAX" in front of the telephone
number.
If [TEL] is selected
Places "TEL" in front of the telephone
