Chapter 4: Print Operation (IC-601)

Update the device information

After completing installation of the printer driver, it is recommended to update the device infor-
mation on the driver.
• Without updating the device information, the corresponded functions of the device
cannot be used.
• This section describes in the case of Windows 7. For the other operation systems,
refer to the guide of the operation system respectively.
1.
Select the printing command of your application and display
the Printing Preferences screen for the printer driver.

Click [Configure].
3.
Click [Acquire Device Information].
Retrieve the device information from the main body. If you cannot

retrieve the device information from the main body, please check
your network settings.
4.
Click [OK] to exit the screen.
