Chapter 2: Copy Operation

Perfect Binding

• It is recommended to turn on the heater of Perfect Binder PB-503 since it requires
approximately 20 minutes for warming up.
• As a trial, to output one copy and confirm the width of spine to specify is recom-
mended.

Prefect Binding Setting

1.
Place the paper (Body Set/Cover) on the tray.
2.
Select the tray loaded with paper for body sets, and change
the paper setting as required.
3.
Press [Output Setting] - [Perfect Bind].
4.
Press [Change Set] for Cover Tray and select the tray
loaded with covers.
