The machine is equipped with programmable, motorized actuators
that will set stitch length, stroke height and sewing foot pressure.
The programmable thread tension force is controlled electromag-
netically (ETT).
The control used is a DAC comfort combined with the OP3000
control panel.
Technical features:
• ShangQi sewing motor with a max. speed of 3,000 rpm
• DAC comfort control with OP3000 control panel (including
control panel holder)
• Actuators without compressed air
• The machines are equipped with a large horizontal hook.
• The diameter of the hook cover is 48mm
• The machines are equipped with an electromagnetic thread
cutter
• The remaining thread length following the thread cutting
process is approx. 10 mm.
• Bottom feed stroke can be switched off easily by a simple con-
version, e.g. for binding operations.
• Programmable setting of the stitch length via stepper motor
(max. 9 mm)
• Programmable adjustment of the alternating sewing feet via
stepper motor (max. 9 mm)
• Material thickness detection with programmable functions for
sewing speed, sewing foot pressure, sewing foot stroke,
thread tension and stitch length
• Programmable sewing foot pressure via stepper motor
(in combination with compression spring)
• Sewing foot lift controlled by stepper motor (max. 20 mm,
same actuator as the one used for the sewing foot pressure)
• Electronic thread tension (electromagnetically) with speed
compensation
• electronic handwheel (ENP 10-1)
• Safety clutch prevents any misadjustment or damage to the
hook in the event of a thread jamming
• Automatic wick lubrication with an inspection glass housed in
the arm for lubricating the machine and the hook (including
low oil level warning light)
